By accessing or using Bobbi ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Bobbi is an AI-powered social media content management platform. Our service helps businesses create, plan, and publish social media content. Key features include:

• AI-generated content suggestions, captions, and hashtags
• Content scheduling and calendar management
• Photo library management and organization
• Integration with social media platforms (including Instagram) for content publishing
• Integration with cloud storage services (including Google Drive) for photo management
• Integration with design tools (including Canva) for importing user-created designs as media for posts
• Brand voice analysis and content strategy tools
• Performance analytics and insights

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

Bobbi is a paid service. An active subscription is required to access the platform's features. Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription details are presented on our Pricing page and at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to the service until then. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. After the billing period ends, access to the service's features will be revoked, though you may still log in to your account. Your data will be retained and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Bobbi (Y-tunnus: 3505868-3) acts as the data controller for the personal data processed through the service. We process the following categories of personal data:

• Account information: name, email address, and login credentials
• Business information: business name, website, and brand details you provide
• Connected account data: Instagram profile metadata, engagement metrics, and Google Drive file metadata
• Content data: photos, captions, and other content you create or upload
• Usage data: service interactions, feature usage, and technical logs

This data is processed for the purposes of providing and improving the service, generating AI-powered content suggestions, delivering analytics, and communicating with you about your account. All processing is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Finnish data protection legislation.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or provide through our service ("User Content"). By using Bobbi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable laws, or the terms of any connected platforms (such as Meta or Google). Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Canva, and AI processing providers. When you connect these services:

• You authorize us to access and use data from these platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services
• Third-party services may change their APIs or terms, which may affect our service functionality

9. Intellectual Property

The Bobbi platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.

AI-generated content suggestions provided by our service are tools to assist you. Once you edit and publish such content, it becomes part of your User Content subject to Section 6.

10. Disclaimers

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content or suggestions
• Results or outcomes from using the service

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are solely responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bobbi and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
